We are working with an exceptional, people-oriented manufacturing company recognized as a specialist in its field, located in Marieville. We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Business Partner to support the HR team in a role that is both strategic and operational, including consulting and recruitment.

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out part of the office and factory recruitment process (representing approximately 40% of the workload);
- Managing and optimizing the onboarding, integration, and development processes for new employees to ensure a positive employee experience in line with best practices;
- Ensuring work permit follow-ups with foreign workers; Supporting managers with team management, labor relations, discipline, and performance;
- Managing the company’s recognition program;
- Supporting and participating in the implementation of HR programs: performance evaluation, talent development, and succession management for office employees;
- Build and maintain data-driven HR indicators for office teams to promote various HR factors;
- Contribute to organizational development by identifying training needs in your sector and facilitating internal corporate training;
- Work with the HR team to create or update internal policies or processes.
The profile we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, industrial relations, or any other relevant field. We also value equivalent experience in the market;
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in generalist human resources functions; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technology;
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;
- Experience in the manufacturing sector (a strong asset);
- Member CPHR (a plus).
